Qonduit Limited is the New Zealand company. Haivian Technologies is the product family it produces. Qonduit is also the name of the governed quantum gateway within that family.

These are distinct systems with different jobs and evidence ceilings. Together they show how I structure, build, test, review, recover and improve complex technical programmes.
Programme orchestration
Turns a human objective into a bounded research or engineering programme, coordinates dependent work, preserves evidence and separates production from acceptance.
Founder-built and used in governed internal/reference work. Customer access is framed as a scoped guided evaluation, not unlimited autonomous delivery.
Independent assurance boundary
Reviews artifacts it did not produce, composes review disciplines around the exact question and preserves findings, disagreement and disposition.
Controlled qualification is not accreditation, external institutional certification or a production-safety guarantee.
Intent to quantum computation
A governed gateway that decides relevance, establishes authority and cost boundaries, constrains routing and returns evidence to the objective that requested the work.
The accepted public evidence covers a local, no-effect pathway. General hosted production, live-provider execution and quantum advantage are not claimed.
